부적합처리 프로세스의 목적

제목으로 검색을 하면 많은 글들이 나온다. 똑 같은 글들이 까페에도 있고 블로그에도 있고 누군가 글을 올리면 서로 퍼가고 옮기고 그런가 보다 각종 인증 심사원들의 고충을 어느 정도 알고 있다. 많은 기업들이 인증을 취득하기 위해서 어느 정도의 수준으로 관리를 하지 그 인증서안의 내용 데로 절차 데로 시스템, 프로세스 이런 것을 돌리는 데가 몇 군데나 될까? 그리고 인증 심사원들도 사람인지라... 어쩔수 없는 부분들도 많을 것이다. 인증 심사하시는 분들이 다 그렇치는 않치만 잘난 척 하는 말투로 이야기 하는 사람들이 있다. 정말 기분이 별로다.

그냥 좋게 알려주고 하면 될 것을 꼭 그런식으로 이야기해야 되는 건지 참 안타깝다.

잘난척 그만하고 그냥 알고 있는 것 다 풀어 주고 가도 듣는 사람은 다 가져가지도 못해요. 왜 그럴까요? 수준차이가 나는 것도 있고 전문가의 설명은 설명이라기 보다 설교에 가깝고 알려주고 가르쳐준다기 보다 소개하는 수준에 그칠꺼니까요 그들의 눈높이에 맞춰서 가르침을 주셨으면 좋겠습니다. 사업을 하기 위해서 반드시 있어야 하는 인증이기 때문에 어쩔 수 없이 취득하지만 유지관리를 위해서 사후심사를 받고 이럴때는 또 얼마나 그러하시는 지... 참 가관 입니다. 제발 그러지 않으셨으면 합니다. 문제가 있어서 필요한 자료가 있어서 연락을 하면 없다고 하면 땡인 그런 그따위 서비스 차라리 말을 말지. 필요한 게 있으시면 언제든지 연락주세요 라고 했으면 그러면 안된다고 봅니다. 참 치사하고 치사하죠. 그러지 좀 않았으면 좋겠다. 돈은 돈 데로 받아가고 무슨 도움을 주었는지 그냥 말하기 싫네요. 비아냥 거리고 비꼬고 하대하고 어떻게 그런것도 모르냐는 식으 그런 눈빛과 행동거지 언행들 그런 꼴을 보고 싶지 않아서 내가 아는 건 전부 풀어서 이야기 해야 겠다.

당신이 잘난게 아니라 현재 당신의 위치가 거기에 있기 때문 이란걸 모르나 보다.  서두가 너무 길었던 것 같다.

부적합처리 프로세스의 목적은 여러가지가 있을 수 있다고 생각한다. 뭐 무슨 말을 해도 권위가 있다고 하는 대장이 아니라고 하면 아닌게 되는 그런 부분이 있어서 참 안타깝고 답답한 현실이다. 부적합 처리 프로세스의 목적은 제목에 나와 있다고 생각한다. 부적합을 처리하는 것이다. 라고 생각합니다. 부적합이 발생하면 처리하는 것이죠. 부적합이 발생하지 않게 하는 것이 최선이지만 부적합은 없을수가 없기에 부적합을 잘 처리해야 하는 프로세스라고 보면 될 것 같습니다. 목적은 부적합한 자재,제품등이 양품과 혼입되어 잘못 사용되거나 출하되는 것을 방지하기 위함에 있다. 종합사무실에서 큰소리로 통화하는 저 몰상식한 임원에게 한마디 하고 싶다. 좀 닥치라고 하고 싶다. 조용히 통화하면 안되나 정말 기본 매너가 없는 사람들 왜 저러는 건지 알고 싶지 않은 내용들 시끄러운 소음들 집중이 안된다. 빈수레가 요란하다고 참 시끄러워 저사람들 좀 조용히 좀 하지. 그런걸 보고도 암말 안하는 윗분들도 참 한숨만 나온다. 부적합 처리 프로세스의 목적을 적으려고 연 창에서 엉뚱한 이야기만 하고 있는 나도 참 안됬다. 내가 왜 저런 것들을 신경써야 하는 건지. 정말 스트레스 받는다. 쓰레빠는 왜케 딲딱 끌고 다니는지 생각없는 사람들 아무데서나 휘파람 불고 노래부르고 손톱깍고 참 무례한 사람들 다 꺼졌으면 좋겠다.
